What do the choirs have to do?

Record a performance of a song in the German language. Choose to enter one or both sections:

• Section 1:  OPEN Choral Performance of a song in German and/or

• Section 2:  Weihnachts- or Volkslied
  

Rules of the competition

• Language must be German
• Any style - from traditional to contemporary
• Group performances only, no solo performances
• Music sheets for choir members allowed
• Only one instrument is allowed to accompany the performance
• Uniforms / costumes allowed but not compulsory

Video the performance

Teachers video the performance and forward to the AGTV for short-listing.

NB: Teachers will need to seek approval from the Principal to participate and gain permission from families to video the students for this competition.
