What does the competition involve?

1. Choose to enter one or both sections:

• Section 1:  OPEN Choral Performance of any song in German and/or

• Section 2:  Weihnachts- oder Volkslied
  

2. Arrange for the performance of the song to be filmed and sent to the AGTV:

• Teachers video the performance in 2021
• Save as an MP4 file
• Forward the film to the AGTV for short-listing and judging.

NB: Teachers will need to seek approval from the Principal to participate and gain permission from families to video the students for this competition. The AGTV will upload winning entries to the VIMEO website and may screen it at events.

Rules of the competition

• Language must be German
• Any style - from traditional to contemporary
• Group performances only, no solo performances
• Music sheets for choir members allowed
• Only one instrument is allowed to accompany the performance
• Uniforms / costumes allowed but not compulsory

Entries accepted anytime up until-NEW DATE

• Sunday 31st October, 2021
