About this lounge:
The Committee invited Birgit Lang to update members about German Studies at the University of Melbourne (programs, personnel, special events etc), so that we can inform our students about opportunities beyond school.
The German Studies faculty is also keen to hear ideas from teachers about support for German in schools.
FYI: It is the University of Melbourne's turn to host the Goethe Poetry Competition for Years 10 to 12 this year.
